Frequently Asked Questions

How is a streak calculated?
A streak counts the consecutive days you have completed a habit. If you miss checking in on any date, the streak count resets to 0. Toggling a day back on will recalculate the streak based on the surrounding completed dates.

Can I log completions for past days?
Yes. You can click on any day square in the calendar grid to change its status, allowing you to retroactively update items you forgot to log.

What is the purpose of the backup download?
Your tracking history is saved in your browser's local cache. Downloading a backup file periodically helps you save your progress in case you clear your browser cookies and site data.

How do I delete an active habit?
Habits are stored locally in the side panel. Clearing your browser data will wipe the list, and a dedicated delete button will be featured in upcoming updates.
